Michelle is a designer and contractor with a creative background in art & design. She has traveled throughout Europe, South America, Mexico, visiting museums, hiking mountains, seeing architectural marvels and exploring fabrics, textures, color combinations, cultural style differences from around the world. Michelle has a degree in fashion design, interior design and international studies. She was a costume designer for theater in Philadelphia, spent time working for an Italian non-profit translating called Filitalia and also owned and operated a bar she designed in South Philadelphia. This diverse background in variety of artistic fields has helped Michelle stand out from other contractors in developing spaces that are not only beautiful but also functional, ergonomical and uniquely creative.

Michelle’s father is a carpenter and her step-father was a roofer and home remodeler. As a child she would work on her fathers job sites and go on estimates with her dad. Learning first hand and eventually running all the paperwork for her stepfathers company. These experiences have contributed greatly to Michelle’s learning the contractors industry from an early age.
